Online Homeopathy Consultations

I offer online homeopathy consultations by video call, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own home.

The first step is simply to get in touch via the contact page. From there, I will usually follow up by email or WhatsApp and, if helpful, we can have a brief initial chat before arranging an appointment. This gives you the chance to ask any early questions and decide whether you would like to go ahead.

Appointments are then booked at a mutually convenient time. I try to be as flexible as possible and can often offer evening and weekend appointments to make things easier for those who work or have busy daytime commitments.

Once your appointment is arranged, I will send you the booking details along with a secure Stripe payment link. Full fee and cancellation details are set out below.

What to Expect

An initial consultation is much more than a brief discussion of the main problem. I will ask about a wide range of things in order to build up a full picture of you as an individual. This is an important part of homeopathic prescribing.

Questions in an initial consultation may include:

Your current health concerns
Past medical history
Family medical history, where known
Current and past medications
For children, vaccination history
Your general life situation and circumstances
What seems to make your symptoms better or worse
Your response to weather, temperature, stress, sleep, energy, and other personal patterns

Some of the questions may seem unexpected or oddly specific, but they help me understand how your symptoms affect you as an individual, which is central to homeopathic treatment.

Initial consultations usually last around 90 minutes.
Follow-up appointments usually last around 30 to 45 minutes.

Online Consultations

All consultations are carried out online by video call, allowing you to speak to me from the comfort of your own home. This means there is no travel involved, and appointments can often fit more easily around work, family life, or other commitments.

At the agreed appointment time, I will contact you on your chosen platform and we will have the consultation by video call. Homeopathic remedies will then be sent out to you as needed, with postage included in the consultation fee.

I work with clients internationally, provided they have an excellent command of English. This is important because the detail, nuance, expressions, and speech patterns that come out during a consultation can all form part of the overall picture I am building.

Fees

Initial Consultation - £100

Follow-up Consultation - £70

A 50% deposit is required when booking your appointment. The remaining 50% is payable within 24 hours after the consultation.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If more than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can usually be transferred to one rearranged appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or the appointment is missed without notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Full details can be found in the Cancellation Policy.

I will send you a secure Stripe payment link for each payment, so you can pay online quickly and easily using your usual debit or credit card.

Homeopathic remedies and postage are included in the consultation fee.

On occasion, I may also suggest other helpful adjuncts, such as flower essences, to support the work we are doing. These are entirely optional and, if you wish to use them, they would be purchased separately by you. I am, of course, happy to advise you on where to obtain them.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are an important part of the process, as they allow me to assess how things are progressing and decide what is needed next.

These appointments are shorter than the initial consultation, usually lasting 30 to 45 minutes, and give us a chance to review any changes, improvements, new symptoms, or anything else that may be relevant since we last spoke.

Follow-ups are usually scheduled monthly. This gives the remedies time to act, after which we can touch base and look at what progress has been made, what symptoms remain, what may have changed, and where to go from there.

Homeopathy is an individual process, and follow-ups help ensure that treatment continues in the most appropriate way for you.
