5. Booking Consultations
Consultations may be booked directly through the online booking system provided on this website.
You may choose to book either a free introductory call or a consultation appointment.
A booking is confirmed once the appointment has been successfully reserved and any required payment has been completed.
I reserve the right to refuse or decline a booking where appropriate.

6. Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are as stated on the website or otherwise communicated to you at the time of booking.
Payment for Initial and Follow-Up Consultations is taken securely during the online booking process in order to reserve your appointment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your full payment card details.
If I suggest any optional additional support, such as flower essences or other adjuncts, these are not included unless clearly stated and would be purchased separately by you.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
If more than 48 hours' notice is given, appointments may be rescheduled or refunded in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the consultation fee is normally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if necessary. If I need to do so, I will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment or appropriate refund where applicable.

8. Online Consultations
Consultations are provided online using agreed methods such as video call or messaging platforms where appropriate.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a suitable device, internet connection, and a private space for your consultation where possible.
While reasonable care is taken, I cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical issues.

9. Client Responsibility
By booking a consultation, you confirm that the information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions and for seeking medical advice where appropriate.
You should inform me of any relevant diagnosis, medication, treatment, or significant change in your health that may affect the support provided.

Every person is different, and responses to homeopathic treatment vary.
For that reason, no guarantee can be given regarding outcomes, results, or improvement following a consultation or use of any remedy suggested.
